Specializations

You don’t want just any therapist — you want someone who knows how to help you. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and your unique story.

Who are my clients?

  • Students seated in chairs in a classroom or conference room, facing a speaker or instructor at the front of the room.

    High school and college students

Being a teenager or young adult today is a lot. Between school pressures, navigating friendships and relationships, planning for the future, trying to figure out who you are and who you want to be — it can feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. I specialize in supporting high school and college students as they work through stress, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, big life transitions, and everything in between. My goal is to give you a safe, judgment-free space to talk it out, build coping tools that actually work for you, and remind you that you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

    New or soon-to-be parents

Pregnancy and postpartum bring so many changes — physically, emotionally, and mentally. While this season of life can be beautiful, it can also feel overwhelming, lonely, or just not at all what you expected. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety during pregnancy, navigating postpartum mood shifts, or just trying to adjust to life with a new baby — I get it, and I’m here to support you. In our work together, you’ll have a safe space to process the hard stuff, find tools to manage stress, and feel less alone through all the ups and downs of parenthood. You don’t have to “love every minute” — you just need support as you find your own way through it.

Family members of our active duty military

Life in the military comes with unique stressors that not everyone understands—long separations, frequent moves, deployments, and the constant need to adapt. For service members, the pressure to stay strong while carrying invisible weight can be exhausting. For families, missing your partner while holding it all together at home (especially if you’re parenting) can feel overwhelming. I’ve been there. In therapy, I provide a space where you can process these challenges, find tools for coping, and feel truly seen and supported. You don’t have to navigate this life alone — support is here for you.
