At Morrow Therapeutics, I specialize in supporting individuals through key developmental stages and life transitions. My work is grounded in the understanding that each phase of life brings unique emotional, relational, and psychological challenges, and that support is most effective when it is tailored to where you (or your child) are right now.
I provide therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and new or expecting parents, with a focus on building emotional resilience, strengthening identity, and fostering meaningful, sustainable change.

Children (Ages 9-12)
The late elementary and early middle school years are a critical period for emotional and social development. Children at this stage are learning how to manage big feelings, navigate peer relationships, and develop a growing sense of self.
Therapy for children ages 9–12 may support: emotional regulation and coping skills; anxiety, worries, and fears; social challenges and peer relationships; family transitions or stressors; as well as building confidence and self-esteem.
My approach is developmentally appropriate, supportive, and collaborative, often involving caregivers as part of the therapeutic process.

Adolescents (Ages 13-15)
The adolescent and early teen years can feel intense and confusing for both teens and their families. Rapid emotional, cognitive, and physical changes often coincide with increased sensitivity, mood shifts, and growing independence.
Therapy during this stage may focus on: mood changes, anxiety, or irritability; identity exploration and self-esteem; family conflict or communication challenges; peer pressure and social stress; and developing healthy coping strategies.
I work to help adolescents better understand themselves, build emotional awareness, and feel more grounded during this transitional time.

Teens (Ages 16-18)
The later teen years are often marked by increased pressure, greater autonomy, and important decisions about the future. Many older teens experience heightened stress related to academics, relationships, identity, and expectations — both internal and external.
Therapy for teens ages 16–18 may address: anxiety, depression, or burnout; identity development and self-concept; academic or performance-related stress; relationship and boundary challenges; and preparing for transitions after high school.
My goal is to support teens in building insight, emotional resilience, and confidence as they move toward adulthood.

Young Adults & College Students
Young adulthood is a period of rapid change, self-discovery, and adjustment. Whether navigating college, career decisions, relationships, or independence, many young adults find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain.
Therapy for young adults and college students may support: life transitions and identity exploration; anxiety, depression, or perfectionism; relationship and boundary issues; as well as stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.
I provide a supportive space to explore patterns, build self-trust, and develop tools for navigating adulthood with greater clarity and confidence.

New or Soon-to-be Parents
The transition into parenthood, whether during pregnancy or after birth, can be both deeply meaningful and incredibly challenging. Many new or expecting parents experience identity shifts, emotional vulnerability, and unexpected stress during this time.
Therapy for new or expecting parents may focus on: pregnancy and postpartum adjustment; perinatal mood and anxiety concerns; identity changes and role transitions; relationship stress and communication; and processing birth or fertility-related experiences.
I offer compassionate, nonjudgmental support during this transformative stage, helping parents feel more grounded, supported, and connected.

LGBTQIA+
I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive, and supportive space for individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions. Clients are welcomed as their authentic selves, and therapy is a space where identity is respected, affirmed, and never questioned or minimized.
My approach honors each client’s lived experience and recognizes the impact that societal stressors, stigma, and lack of understanding can have on emotional well-being. All clients deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported in therapy, and care is provided with respect, openness, and compassion.
My Expertise: Anxiety Disorders
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and aim to help individuals better understand their anxiety and build practical skills to manage it. When anxiety takes over, it can affect school, work, relationships, family life, and everyday activities. Therapy provides a supportive space to learn new ways of responding to fear and uncertainty so anxiety no longer runs the show.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) – intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors that create a difficult cycle of anxiety.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) – persistent worry about many areas of life that can be hard to control.
Social Anxiety – intense fear of social situations or being judged by others.
Panic Disorder – recurring panic attacks and fear of experiencing another one.
Agoraphobia – anxiety related to being in places or situations where escape may feel difficult or help may not be available.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, helping clients gradually face fears, build confidence, and feel more in control of their lives.

Therapeutic Approaches & Interventions

I often integrate multiple modalities to best meet each client where they are.

CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge beliefs that no longer serve you, and develop practical strategies to support healthier coping and decision-making. This approach is especially helpful for anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions.

DBT offers concrete skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and navigating distress more effectively. Skills often focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT-informed strategies can be particularly helpful for clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or “stuck” in cycles of big feelings.

ERP is a specialized form of cognitive behavioral therapy considered the Gold Standard for treating OCD and related anxiety disorders. ERP involves gradually facing feared thoughts, situations, or sensations (exposures) while learning to resist the compulsive behaviors or avoidance patterns that typically follow (response prevention). Over time, this process helps the brain learn that anxiety is tolerable and temporary, not dangerous or life-threatening. In turn, this reduces the power those fears hold and builds lasting confidence in handling uncertainty.

Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative, non-judgmental approach that supports clients in exploring ambivalence and building motivation for change. Rather than telling clients what they should do, MI helps clarify personal values and strengthen confidence in taking next steps, at your own pace.

I integrate aspects of IFS to help clients understand and relate to the different “parts” of themselves, such as: protective parts, inner critics, or younger emotional parts. This approach promotes self-compassion, emotional insight, and healing, while honoring that every part developed for a reason.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, meaning therapy is paced with care, collaboration, and respect for each client’s sense of safety and autonomy. Sessions emphasize choice, transparency, and emotional regulation, with the understanding that past experiences can shape how we respond to stress, relationships, and change.
